My daughter has a 19 TRD OR and she goes up into Memphis on a regular basis. If you haven't heard they are pushing glass in at a VERY high rate on pickups then checking for fire arms. Usually day light and a smash and grab.

Best I could research on here is that I need PT398-35160 and not to install the hood jumper since the factory hood indicator is on there with factory antitheft.

—-I dont want this to hijack my thread—

They use a number of devices most popular is a carbide punch. They Bust the window the tint holds it together then they push it in. Some big bruthas just use hands or elbow. My cousin is a Memphis cop Germantown is getting 50+ reports a day. Spring loaded center punch is quite most cases civies around them dont even notice.

We have a name for it (Im black) put politically correct they target “Tactical White Guys”. Off road truck, American flag stickers, gun mfg stickers etc etc. hunting stickers.....THE most popular spots are buildings with “No CCL allowed”. Ppl leave the gun in the car in this case.

Again just looking to verify part number not a theft thread.

    Found one for 154.00

There is discussion on here about a V2 harness or a V5 harness. Toyota parts dept looked confused when I mentioned that. Thats why Im unsure of the correct part number.

The OEM GBS won't work in my manual transmission Tacoma so I went with this, the installer programmed it to use my factory H key:

It does work well, I rattled a spoon inside a glass and it goes off. I don't travel to the big cities often but just in case.
