2019 Manual Seat vs 2020 Power Seat - Which has more headroom?

I'm all torso and want to have a lot of headroom - anyone know if the new power seat gives you more headroom? I'm six one but have short legs and a really long torso. When I sit in my tundra and seat is all the way down my hair rubs on the headliner....

Also - how bad is the sunroof for loss of headroom?

2020 is the first with adjustable driver seat.

 

2020 power has a small amount of extra downward travel thus increasing headroom minimally.

 

I have a body similar to your description. It's like my legs didn't grow to match my body. I stand eye to eye with people and then sit down with them to suddenly be 3 to 4 inches taller. I have a sunroof and my head does rub the roof. I am so used to this that I never even gave it a second thought when purchasing. The power seat track will give a ½" inch of extra head room according to Toyota literature.

I fit better in the 2020's, but the stupid mirror camera is still in my line of sight. I'm 6'3.
