    The package sucks... On restarts its just hold it wide open and that doesn't necessarily mean best guy gets a bunch of spots... Give them the HP back and get rid of the downforce...

    Nascar will never admit a fuck up. I think cutting hp is fine, just not with a tapered spacer or restrictor plates. Cutting the HP naturally would give them throttle response. I've always said, 200mph doesn't mean great racing, go back to the 70's, hell up to the early 90's, look at there qualifying speeds and race speeds. 160's- 170'smph, except for daytona and Dega. And it was great racing. Also, shit can the down force.
