2019 quicksand TRD sport build

Great taste in vehicles. As far as kings being too much for everyday use, I have the adjustable on my 17 and at a low setting they are extremely comfortable for everyday use. Much better than stock.
I have a modded 87z turbo in family since new. Looking forward to seeing that 86 done.

Out of 30+ cars, this is only my second ever Toyota. My first was this 86.

Didn't want to clutter your thread. But it was a frame up resto. Sr20 blacktop/coilovers/wilwood/R200 diff+Custom CV axles, bride interior, g35 Caribbean blue, etc. Was my baby.. but life moves on. My next project will be a hakosuka.

i just bought a sport a I find the ride very stiff even when riding on over tony bumps on paved roads. I am looking to soften it a bit. I’m thinking of buying the Bilstein 5160 for the rear and go from there.

let me know how your new suspension set up change your ride on your sport.

 

I haven't changed the suspension yet as I haven't made my final decision on 5100's with ome or 6112's up front. Surprised you don't like the sport ride quality as I think it's pretty great. I just want more altitude but if I can also improve the on road ride as well, win/win. Will definitely go 5160's in the back though.

 

I bought a set of BD squadron's if anyone wants my oem tundra led projector fogs less than 1 month old.

 

I like the way it handles the corners but I don’t like how I can feel every single detail on the road.

I have another pickup , a Dodge Ram. It doesn’t ride anywhere as stiff as the Tacoma sport.

 

Ordered a sub enclosure and install kit from Marv. Also installed the Subaru dash tweeters last night. Next up will be SSO hybrid bumper and Warn zeon 8s winch when my amg sells on bat.

 

Ordered Bilstein 6112/5160 and Icon rear leafs. About to order sso front hybrid and dissent offroad rear recovery bumper. Excited!

 

Ordered SSO hybrid with baja amber driving combo 20" bar, got a sleeve to replace the needle bearing, ordered dissent offroad rear bumper and getting Dobinson uca's. Going to be fun times soon! I plan to get a warn zeon 8s winch when the sso is about to ship.
