2019 RAV4 - Why would Toyota do this to us?

    Yes my moms car does exhibit this behavior some of the times i have driven it. I always thought it was due to the eco mode.

    So long story short the Toyota dealer damaged my Rav4 XLE Premium AWD so bad that I told them to put me in a different brand new Rav4 or I'm contacting a lawyer, toyota corporate and the local news stations. They said it had to be one on their lot and since they only had two other Blue Flame Rav4"'s (one base model and one Adventure AWD model). I said I'm damn sure not taking a base model when I paid for an XLE Premium AWD so they need to put me in the Adventure model for the same price, payment and all the warranties. Now we have a 2019 Rav4 Adventure AWD.

    Take it to the dealer and tell them the ecm needs reprogramming to fix the lurching problem. They'll know what it is.

    Saw one of these things for the first time on the street today. The marketing material makes it look much nicer than in person.
