So I started having faults involving the front crash sensor bs. Took the truck to my dealer and was informed that because I leveled the truck I would need to pay for the recalibration. I went down the road to a different dealer and had them troubleshoot the problem. There appeared to be an electric issue with the sensor in the grille, they ordered the part and I waited several days to have them get it and install. Low and behold it did not fix the problem, they have now ordered the camera up by the rear view mirror and I am waiting to see if that works. Anyone else been through this?

The dealer leveled my truck but I had no issues. They did adjust the lights for me.

I would recommend editing your post to include the name of both dealers.

It does a great service to anyone considering these dealers for new purchases to know up front how they conduct themselves.

If I were at the first dealer when they told you that they would charge a fee due to leveling......guess what, my new purchase would have included lifetime calibration of the sensor without fee.

Just using it as an example, but you are not bashing them in any way, just relaying to the public what kind of people they are.

FYI - I just had recall done yesterday (foam tape/recali). I have 15 TRD Pro suspension on, which they installed 2 years ago. They shut it off, and now said it won't cycle every time ignition is turned on. I had to turn it back on, and now will stay in last position I leave it. Also had to sign paper work saying I'm aware of this, because truck is lifted. Never had problem. What a bunch of crap. Never should of had recall done.
