Got it back from the body shop and after 7 miles the PCS light came on. I've cleaned the lens and same thing. The radar cruse works as designed ( wont let me close to the vehicle in front of me) till the light comes on. Checked all wiring and no codes in any system. The body shop guy said he buffed the scratch's that were on the lens so maybe its the lens?. I also unhooked the battery for 30 minutes, same same. Any thoughts? The closest dealer is 95 miles away so I'm trying to avoid that and the body shop has no clue but they will pay to have it fixed.

tell them to drive it out there or pay to tow it, I wouldn't work on their work and put myself in a spot to be blamed.

My radar was wonky for a year or two. Did the radar fix, was less wonky. I suspect it gets confused when offroading, with lots of creosote bushes lining the winding road.

    Oh look, another mod....

I have had this happen to me...twice, I believe. I'm a fellow Texan like you, and both times that it happened, it was raining. Much like it is now for all of DFW & a lot of North Texas. I cleaned the TSS garnish on the grille of my truck to fix it. If you have the Heritage aftermarket grille like me, it's the black piece on the bottom. If you have the original grill, it's the big Toyota Logo.

When it gets dirty or excessively wet, it can throw an error code. This has nothing to do with your cruise control (I saw you mention that in your original statement). That is a totally different system.

No rain here, I wish. Drove it to lunch and the dash lit up with every ABS Traction control light you could think of.
