My wife has a 2019 sr double cab with a v6. It has factory rims and 245 75 16 tires. I would like to put on 265 75 16 dura tracs, which I know are 10 ply. We are ok with rough ride. Going to remove air dam, but my question will these tires rub with the sr rims. Thanks in advance.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
10 ply? Or 10 ply rating?
Wifey may not like the ride.

E rated tire. She ran the same tire on a gen 2 and gen 1. I am trying to make sure this tire will not rub using the base sr rim. Thanks for responding.

265/75/16 is perfect. If you have OEM mud guards/flaps, I would suggest removing them because they will rub on that. There should be no rubbing unless you're at full lock in reverse (depends on wheel offset) or if your at an angle where the tire is tucked into the wheel well.

The factory sr rims have a +30 mm offset.

it should be fine. Do the stock tires poke out past the fender?

i think it will be fine but i opted for a wider rim just to make me feel better about it and it looks meatier. Plenty of people run that size on stock rims

it should be good. I'm also in the same situation because I'm about to install a new set of BFGoodrich KO2 A/t 265/75/16 on a new set of wheels I bought
