Guy local to me has a takeoff exhaust from a 2019. Cat back with flanges still attached. Anyone know if it will fit or can be easily modified to fit? Will the muffler be so different with the 3.5 that it would be restrictive on the 4.0?

Any other insight appreciated. In the photos it looks nearly identical in terms of the bends and placement of most of the hangers.

    Thanks!

Looks like this (not the actual exhaust- this one is a random one on ebay):

It will not be a direct bolt in, no. I'm sure you could graft it together though. The Gen 2 comes into a single tube much farther forward than the Gen 3. As far as pipe size and volume, you should not see any difference in performance. I'll tell you though, that muffler is the size of a 50 gallon drum (exaggeration for emphasis). You can tuck up one of the bigger Magnaflows a lot easier, gain more clearance, and they are pretty quiet in the longer sizes.

Thanks- good to know that is splits further forward. He’s asking $125 but I think I’m gonna pass. I don’t really need any exhaust components but this one was never even used. If anyone is interested search the Chicago craigslist- seller is near Elgin, IL
