I don’t think there’s much to fix, it charges your phone via god damn heat induction, that’s a crapload of science.

I think it serves well to prevent your phone from draining while you’re using gps/streaming/etc but use a cable if you really want to charge the phone.

I wonder if the clearcoat woes people are having is playing a role with BBP.

It launched first with th Avalon. No other feature I wish I had more than this. Entune shows its age bad enough now, I’d hate to see 10 years from now.

I can lay my phone on the induction panel and push the button. Maybe use the 12v socket for full amps if you need it.

I think heat is a byproduct of electrical induction.

Some are made in Mex and some are made in Texas. My 17 Pro (Which was totaled) and 18 Pro are both made in Texas.

From what I’ve noticed in my 2018 is that the Qi is a slow charge (I use more like a trickle charger) and the USB can have my iPhone 8 Plus charged to 80% in under 40 min (from 10% battery)

Seems later than usual. Maybe they want to see the Fords and Nissans. I went for an 18 Pro MT while it was available.
