I attached a link for a video of the sound, it's really noticeable between 18-35 seconds of the video. I've had it documented numerous times from toyota and they either say we can't replicate it or it's the high pressure fuel pump. I already had the recall done but I guess this trucks have two different pumps, so this one is in the engine area. Anyone heard this sound before and might have some insight?

Sounds like the serpentine belt chirping... I think there was a TSB regarding the squeaky belt on some trucks.

I just had mine done last week under warranty ... the noise was most noticeable at around 1500 rpm on my way home from work in the afternoon. Seemed just fine in the morning on my way to work though.

Yeah, around 1500 to 2k rpm and it's not constant. I wont hear it for a few weeks then it'll be there for a day or two then disappear. Thank you for that tsb link, how did you go about handling that at the dealer? They keep dicking me around.
