Check the ubolt shackles on the leaf springs, see if there’s been any movement.

So the DS wheel and bedside were both hit?

I'd check that the axle is still on the center pins. Which could make you both out side to side and create a vibration.

Actually I will tell you that this is a normal thing with Tacoma's...I bought a Airlift airbags for my truck a 08 sport TRD I bought to tow and because the springs were to be replaced ...anyway I recently changed my springs with OME Dakar springs and I did put the truck on the lift and made sure every spring was in the correct side and the pin going into the axel and everything tightened down correctly.....the airbag on the right side has a offset if you go to the web site that sells the airbags for the Toyota Tacoma you will see one of them the airbag is offset on the plate ....also a 2010 Tacoma TRD off-road this guy has Firestone airbags and that has a offset on its plate I measure all things on this axel when I had things apart and time to measure and everything is good and from side to side it's perfect ....the airbag offset the passenger side more that the driver the driver airbag is lined up with the frame good ....I seen a Chevy Colorado this way as well only thing is you couldn't see alot because the tires stayed inside the wheel well but if you look for it it's there as well...so since both airbag companies have this plate that the airbag is mounted to on the right side installation there is inherently a offset on this truck ...changing leaf springs because the old ones were terrible..I can still see the tire sticks out further on this truck and I pushed the bed all the way to the passenger side....one more thing this bed all bolts are lined up except the bolt on the very rear to the drivers side I can't seem to bolt it in because the bolt pattern is off when they welded the nuts on the frame or the bed itself is not done properly to line up with the frame could be that ...so my bed is tighten on 5 bolts not 6 because one bolt does not line up properly.....besides all this I love the truck .....I also had the an alignment I use Bison Cam Adjusters should buy them because they stay in place and won't move throwing your alignment off if you hit a bump ..my thrust angle from the front two tires to the two rear was .3 degrees off nothing to worry about its in spec...the only thing is have is a steering rack that needs replacement but the alignment would show if the wheels are off .......so what you guys think??? Let me know
