Well, I figured I’d chronicle the building of my new Tacoma.

Here is the list of items purchased and installed so far.

    1. Toyo Open Country RT 265/75/16
    2. SnugTop XTR Gen2 shell
    3. OME BP-51 suspension kit with the heavy rear springs
    4. Safari Snorkel
    5. ARB Bullbar with Warn M8000 winch with synthetic line
    6. CaliRaised LED sliders with cover plates (to be installed still)
    7. MobTown dual swing out rear bumper (ordered and waiting)

Going to check what kind of skid plates will work with my sliders and probably an air locker for the front eventually too.

    Now for pictures.

Once I get to my obligatory 50 posts I will be listing my OR suspension which has about 2800 miles or so.

Well, no progress since these pictures were taken. Waiting on my rear bumper from Mobtown, hopefully soon. Still need to install my sliders and I think done for the most part. Oh, need to replace my windshield as a rock gave me a nice crack which spread the entire width of it.

Worked great. Totally spaced that my truck had a 2.5” lift and the 3rd gen suspension is a 1” lift/level. Had some rubbing going on till I got spacers. Rides amazing.

Awesome, I am happy to hear that everything worked out well for you. I just did my first oil change on the truck. I think I need to drive it more.

Yeah that truck looks amazing even in the dark
I got my windshield replaced 2 weeks ago and 4 days later. Truck. Rock. Broken window.

Well, sad to write this, but I will be selling my Tacoma. Has a little over 11k miles now. Suspension has been working great. Never did get my sliders installed, guess I need to now or sell to someone around here. Also had a issue with the bumper order from Mobtown, but he made it right so all good there. We outgrew the Tacoma and went with a Tundra. Don't think we will outgrow that for awhile.
