2019 toyota tacoma trd

Hi,

I have a 2019 Toyota Tacoma with 90k miles and recently installed a 2.5-inch lift kit with upper control arms (UCAs).

After the lift, the TRAC OFF and check engine lights came on. I scanned the code and got P0305 (cylinder 5 misfire). I replaced the spark plug, ignition coil, and fuel injector.

The warning lights went away initially, but they came back on when driving between 60-70 mph.
Has anyone experienced something like this before?
