I am trading for a 2019 offroad tomorrow, and need to know if putting 265 75 16's on it will effect the tpms light. They are swapping over my 265 75 16 duratracs to the new truck, and are concerned that it will turn the light on and won't pass inspection. Any issue with me doung this?

Your truck won't pass inspection due to a TPMS light?

the factory wheels are staying on the 2019, the only change will be the tires/tire size.

Do some talking to the service rep before they put the new tires on. If for some reason they have to reprogram your TPMS they will need to get the codes off of your tire pressure stems. So get the codes before you put the new tires on just in case.
