Hey ya’ll, I need some input on upgrading the OEM speakers in my 3rd Gen 2019 TRD crew cab.
I see the Subaru tweeters are a big upgrade, but wondering if there may be something else ya’ll like better?
If I upgrade the front tweeters, should I go with a coaxial in the front doors? I’m not sure if the coax favors lows and mids though? I thought with the separate tweeter on the dash corner, why would I want to add another, but not sure?
Also, what should I do out back in the back seat door area to complement and balance everything out? No one rides back there but the dogs, and I’m thinking 4-500 on the full gamut.. give or take..
Not a real audiophile as there’s plenty to spend elsewhere, I would like to stick with the non JL head unit and would consider further upgrades down the line, so thinking something to start with that offers good sound with the standard 12” toy head unit, that I could expand on as time goes on.. small amp perhaps, and a alpine powered 8” sub under one of the front seats..
I could use some help… I come from the Jensen triaxle era…
    Thank you from Pennsyltucky..
    Tol

Slowly as stuff trickles in, dyna mat with Rockford R1675’s.
Metra speaker standoffs required massaging, as well as their speaker quick connects, both of which were closed down tight on the male speaker ends.
I have yet to be impressed by their things, perhaps when I get up front.
