I would be sure to carry a pack of them with you in case you get caught stranded again, if it blows again you know it's not a one-off and needs to be investigated. If #20 is the brake lights, I'd check wiring and as others have said strongly suspect that remote starter. Sounds like a warranty claim to me if it blows again where it's so new
