I had my 2019 Tacoma in for a new thermostat after the check engine light came on (p0128). The truck was also making a chirping noise when I backed out of my driveway which they identified as a bad u joint.

The truck only has 21k miles on it, is there a know u joint issue or did I just happen to get a bad one?

    Thanks.

That is what I was thinking, I did a quick search and didn't see anything but figured why not ask the people that would know!

Replace them with ones that can be greased. I never had any go out on my 05 at 180,000 because they could be greased.
