2019 VooDoo Blue Tacoma TRD Pro

Really happy with the sound quality of the speaker upgrade. I also love having the Sunroof, had it open today along with the rear window and was enjoying the sunshine.

 

Ya I love mine, first vehicle with one. I use it whenever I can, even with the A/C on here in AZ, lol.

When I purchased my 4 kicker door speaker's from crutchfield they were $135. I think they are $150 not on sale. I don't think the tweeters are needed given you get tweeters in both sets of door speaker's.

There is a picture below of the JBL that someone removed. They are basically the same paper speakers we all rip out of the non JBL trucks, with a tiny bit bigger magnet.

There's more to speaker's than what they look like, I get it. But listening to the JBL in a limited I was test driving compared to my $135 upgrade, I'll take it over the muddy JBL any day. I think the sub in the JBL gives the illusion that the sound is better than what it is. Kind of like when Beats by Dre had software upgrades which was just an equalizer set to high bass to give it a different sound.

I get in my wife's 16 rav4, the JBL is not good. Hop in my truck, it's much clearer, you can hear the words. Has enough bass.

To each his own. I'm glad we have options when picking out our trucks.

almost looks like speedway blue. finally a decent 3rd gen color imo!

 

Just saw the color in real life, pics dont do it justice, it is really kick ass. No heterosexual, red blooded American will dislike this color.

 

I personally love the color, but I rolled my eyes so hard at this I think I sprained an eyelid.

Are they going to get you a new fender if you dont get the snorkel? Or you just mean you are buying one like that with no snorkel option.
