I’m currently shopping for a 4Runner to replace my aging 2006 Tacoma TRD. I’ve pretty much narrowed it down to two TRD Off Road Premiums. A 2019 and a 2020.
Vehicles are within $1500 of each other, with the 2020 being higher. Mileage is comparable, with the 2020 being about 4000 miles lower.
Other than the color(I like the Dark Blue of the 2020), and the wheels (I hate the black painted alloy rims of the 2019), is the any significant difference between the model years to help me form an opinion as to which one to get?

It sounds like you have already made up your mind. I don't know that there are any major differences, but your 2020 will still have more time left on the warranty (depending on the first in service date).

In addition to below, I think 2020+ models come with standard LED headlights and fog lights.

"For starters, Toyota's new Safety Sense-P suite of driving aids is now standard across all trims. That means every 2020 4Runner comes with pre-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, automatic high-beam headlights and high-speed adaptive cruise control (read: it doesn't work under 25 miles per hour). However, those looking for blind-spot monitoring will be disappointed. It's still not available on any trim.

Another big update is found inside, where the 4Runner gets improved compatibility with phones. The infotainment system itself carries over unchanged, displayed on an 8-inch touchscreen. But now the 4Runner comes with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Amazon Alexa compatibility. Freaking finally.

Otherwise, the 4Runner's cabin is mostly the same as it ever was. Up front, the driver gets a redesigned instrument panel, while rear-seat passengers now have access to two USB ports."
