I don't know,, I've never been in a taco w e's on, but seems to be a big group of people who like /dislike them. Next time I may go to a c or d rated who knows , maybe e, that's like 3 yrs away, just got these wildpeaks. Free replacement at discount tires so idc really if I pop on or two on the occasional offroad run

Okay dude, yes they are total overkill for 99% of Tacoma owners. Heavy stiff tires that were not meant for a less than 1/2 ton truck. Especially on stock setup. But sure if you regear, run a different setup that’s a totally different story Stock setup its overkill and affects performance and handling.

I hate to break it to you but they have been tweaking shift points all along. My ‘19 is smooth as glass. My buddy’s ‘16 shifts like shit.

Fixing or tweaking something to improve it isn’t an immediate “admission of failure”. That’s what manufacturers do. It’s an established process, and how products are designed and improved over time.

It’s the same shit every time with these guys that have one of the early ones with the shifting issues. Completely clueless and constantly telling anyone who’ll listen that they all do it.

Weird the pricing is the same for different design. Maybe Toyota will impose VIN restrictions on orders like they have in the past for other items.

It's not viewed as legit in offroad applications, but that's why I like my 265/75/16 Toyo Open Country R/T for their "hybrid" aspect. 90%+ of my driving is on road so its nice to have a quiet functional more aggressive looking tire for that, with the option to take off the beaten path as needed.

Toyota had one at FJ Summit and it looked sweet. Love the color and rims. Speaking of FJ, did you keep yours?

I sold it 3 years ago when my first daughter was born. That backseat made it useless with rear facing car seats.

I paid around $32k for it brand new in 2011 and sold it in 2016 with 55k miles on it for $24k. That's not too bad!

Yeah but there is something or a part missing from the equation because if you look at the Pro headlights from 2017-2019 they are more expensive and I find it hard to believe that with technology and the newness appeal that the refreshed ones would be cheaper to make or sell.

Lots of headlight talk, not many pictures of green Tacomas. This combo looks great, no 3/4 ton Tacoma? Would buy.

My dealer FINALLY got back to me & my MT AG Pro order was officially accepted today. BUT... my build date isn’t until December. Seeing @FJ-Dan with his truck, it’s gonna be hard to wait. But at least I know it’s on it’s way (eventually).

Seasoned like fine wine. Our claim to fame is that we have a driver's side cubby in the bed and GoPro mounts on the windshield haha.

Always takes awhile to track down and get your hands on a manual from limited supply, especially on an exclusive Pro color like AG. Mind if I ask what your MT price ran?
