Mercedes' dominance is technically impressive but makes for a boring championship just like the Schumacher / Ferrari days

Rules werent clear. Unspecified if had to make it to the grid for it to count or if failure to even make it out of the garage would be a void bet

Tough choice to make with a ~30 second lead plus not knowing if your tyre would fail or not. Being able to run plus 15 seconds (or least a bit slower) on the last two laps you would have thought the tyre would have lasted.

Same with Max you could say he should have stayed out but could have been in the exact same position as Lewis, Sainz, and Bottas.

I get the fastest lap idea for Verstappen but made no sense to me to pit him after Bottas had the tire failure

 

The Red Bull team came out and said if they didn’t pit him they’d have a DNF. Not buying it tho
