Been there done that, but I think most of those photos are in the cascades though. Lower elevation but pretty fun and good training for Denali if that’s what you are into.

I climbed Kili with my wife on our honeymoon. I’m not going all the way to Africa and not climb the highest mountain there.

Respect to that, makes for an awesome honeymoon. I Will be doing something very similar once I grow the balls and take A knee with my lady (this summer on our traverse)

You used to have a tiny 2 inch backup screen in the corner of your mirror and now this isn’t good enough ? image.jpg

When using a backup cam the most important thing is the ability to count the cracks in my drive way instead of paying attention to what I am hitting.. how else will I know when to fix it...

If that's the NatGeo thing, my sister and her hubby are lined up for this spring. lol
7 days to summit, or something like that? Do I need to give them a ribbing, or is it actually a feat?

lol no it’s A solid trek with some heavy elevation gain topping out at just over 19,000ft. I was just running my mouth because I did it with my family when I was 15. It was actually a really fun trip as I remember it, and the locals/sherpas over there are awesome cooking your dinner and setting up camp for you.

the 2inch monitor, though lacking in size was more vivid and had a lot more clarity. My front Camera now seems to be of slightly lesser quality than my rear for some reason. Both of them being very muddy imo though. And when compared to my girlfriends Subaru (apples to oranges) hers is extremely crisp even 20 feet back

Tons of companies. It’s the tallest free standing mountain in the world and the tallest mountain in Africa. Every well respected mountaineer has climbed it at some point and it must be done to claim the 7 summits.

Due to cost, most people do it in large groups, my wife and I were the smallest climbing team we saw on our trip.

I have that exact same setup, and the Natika is marginally better than the tailgate camera. I’ll check again tomorrow and update if I discover differently.

To be clear, I think both are acceptable quality.

I just picked up a 2020 Sport (coming from a 16 Sport) and holy hell the camera is bad. I test drove, noticed and thought it was just off on the truck I drove. Nope, it’s garbage. I don’t expect a regression on something so simple. Anyway, I’ll be lurking for a fix/upgrade.

FYI. Once you are over 50, you are no longer required to look when backing out of a parking lot. Throw it in reverse and let people start dodging you.

I don't think it's the head unit. My 2019 is shit compared with my wife's 2018 Avalon which has the same basic Entune head and is crystal clear. All that said, I can live with it except I wish they protected the camera better. When it's wet you can't see anything but a big blur.
