I pulled my head unit in an attempt to installed a front camera module, which did not work, and took some pictures while I was in there and figured it might be useful to somebody. I do not have the pinouts, just the pictures of what the harness plugs look like.

I blacked out my XM ID code and serial number.

Wonder if its because you have a Sport and not an OR or Pro with the full cameras?

Plugs aren’t even close to the same. Antenna(s) / USB few others are, but all the main harness are different, even the manufacturer. Not a chance the front camera is same wiring.
    Here is the old unit.

I do have a Sport, I wonder how the OR or Pro is different as far as the wiring and stuff. I would imagine it's similar because it would be weird to have completely different wiring. Also, I believe it's just the Access Cab that does not have the cameras as an option.

It’s not because of sport, the wiring is 100% different from previous headunits. You’ll have to wait until someone gets the pin out info from Toyota to work out how to wire up the front camera. It will work, but you’ll have to wait until the wiring details are posted. Keep an eye on the 12v forum, manufacturer head unit pin information usually gets posted there before anywhere else on the net.

I think he meant within the 2020 model year. I'd imagine all the 2020 model HUs are similar wiring, and very different from other 3rd gens.
