2020 Head Unit Reverting to 36 Presets

I’ve noticed recently that my radio seems to revert to the max number of presets (36). this occurs no matter how many times I set it to only six radio presets (or one page).

I’m headed to the dealer soon for service and some other items, so I’ll ask then. Just curious if anyone else has encountered this?
