2020 Mustang 2.3 Turbo will be 350HP

    Yep the same engine in the Ranger will be tuned for 350HP in the 2020 Mustang. Same internals. Same engine. That "little" I4 Turbo puts out great torque. There are a multitude of Tunes available for the 2.3. The 10-speed transmission can handle 350 HP easily.

    Looking forward to Tacoma turbo in 2026. Toyota has to beef up the drivetrain. It's awful.
    The only thing that would make me consider my 5th Tacoma is a turbo with 300HP+ and over 300 foot pounds torque

    Toyota's major claim to fame is reliability. That is why I have my sixth. 350 horses out of 2.3 liters is impressive, if Ford isn't playing the same games that Craftsman and most other power tool makers play--grossly inflating rated horsepower of electric motors. That kind of horsepower is impressive, but how will it hold up with time and use?
