Like some past relationships, it was so clean and good until it got ugly and messy towards the end.

I wouldn't be shocked to see Larson in a SHR car.

Chastain was on the other end of the bumper and didn't like it but I do love his aggressiveness . Nice work out of Jones and the poor 98 jeez .

Man, that was a fun one. Almost a storybook ending for Ross. Denny really gave him some room but those cars were used up by the end of the run. I hope those two were able to meet afterward and say "man that was fun!" This is why I love Darlington. It just vaporizes tires. Makes me wish they'd run the 500 under the sun (when I'm not there). Xfinity series has produced some excellent Darlington finishes over the past decade. I've been attending both races from 2011 until now. When Darlington called back in January regarding ticket renewals, I said "when NASCAR fixes the Cup package to be as good as the Xfinity package, I'll come back."

I am so excited about the truck race today. It's a short run under the hot South Carolina sun. Lots of great throwback schemes. I swear, if they make a Zane Smith diecast, I'm buying that thing.

I don’t root for Dillon but dang was that an exciting final turn. 1-2 more laps and we might’ve seen a different driver in victory lane. All in all a good weekend of racing at Darlington. Paired with the F1 Monza podium and this was a good day of racing.

Heading to Bristol next weekend. Still trying to confirm camping. Bristol canceled my camping reservation. None of the others I've reached out to have replied.
On the waiting list for Talladega. Would be nice to camp over there for the weekend.
Have my tickets purchased for the Charlotte Roval but they've not confirmed an in-person race. I imagine the college football season is tying up their decision.

He did, but he doesn't have the equipment, nor the money to get the equipment. There's a reason the 43 hasn't been relavent for a long time. He's likely going to Genassi.

He treated RPM good, too. Kept that company alive a little longer. Infused them with some new vigor if only for a short while.

    Yep, just business.

Yeah, what a total dumb*ss. I didn't even know he was still driving. Everyone is entitled to their personal opinion but reposting fake news when you have a big audience is irresponsible.

Both have denied it. Bubba didn't respond to Chip's offer. Hendrick says they already have their driver lined up for next year. It has to be one or the other because any other move is lateral for Bubba. #37 is an outside contender but like I said, a lateral move. Sure would be funny for Bubba to take the seat vacated by Larson after his brain fart earlier this season.

I really don't see the hype behind Bubba as a competitor. He's great for business. Just look at all the personal sponsors he's brought into NASCAR: Columbia, Urban Outfitters, Door Dash, Cash App, Beats by Dre, and Kingsford. Whoever his management team is, they do a good job, as these are all personal sponsors, which means he can take that $ to any team and get a seat. I understand that money feeds this sport but I want to see the best drivers, not the best savvy rich kids who buy access to everything. That's what the Olympics is for.

It's for what he posted before that: Calling Kamala Harris "semi-black," pointing out that white slavery existed (I don't know what point he's trying to make, that slavery was okay because white people were victims?), citing Wikipedia as a relevant source for some stats about crime.

Here's the rule he broke, pretty "black & white" (rimshot):
“Public statement and/or communication that criticizes, ridicules, or otherwise disparages another person based upon that person’s race, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, or handicapping condition.”

I made a post on r/nascar earlier this week and they retweeted it after it got a lot of upvotes and comments. Then a mod deleted the post (like they delete ALL my posts) because I didn't link my source (it was a looooooooong googlemaps link). I asked if it was against the rules, why did they retweet it for more sub attention? The mod said the twitter was a bot and randomly selects posts to tweet. I pointed out that all my posts were retweeted before being deleted and this happens EVERY time I post. The mod got snippy and said "just because we retweet it doesn't mean it was within the rules, we can delete the tweet too," and then they deleted the tweet. They are so petty over there.
