    What tracks are/were local to PCB? I lived there as a kid and I'm often in the Panhandle. My first dirt race was a few hours north of PCB in Albany, Ga.

    We had Dead Lakes Speedway in Wewahitchka for a while... they died back in the early 00's

    The one I went to was up here in Youngstown... it went through several different names and owners and the last used it as a drug money laundering front. After it got shut down by the authorities for that in never reopened. Was around 2010ish.

    Edit... here's a satellite view of the old track in Youngstown. Can still see the outline of the old track. I guess they do motorcycle training there.

    Do people actually watch NASCAR anymore? I haven't for some time. It used to be enjoyable, now they can't touch or fight. That's what people want to see, not a bunch of cars going in circles with no rubbing or fussing. Listen to the fans NASCAR (or lack of fans).
