    Hello All,
Just got a 2020 TRD Off Road with the JBL and Nav. On every trip the Nav states their is “stop and go traffic (X) miles ahead” when there isn’t ANY traffic at all. It even does it at 3am on my way to work. I’ve reset the system and no change. I’ve contacted Connected Services and they have no idea. Any other suggestions besides taking it to the “sit and wait all day” dealer?

I've found all factory navigation systems to be a crap shoot.

I'd take it back or use Android Auto or Apple Car Play.

Because of Apple Play, I chose not to bother with the vehicle nav with my new truck. I did have it on my old vehicle, but had the opposite problem, it never seemed to pick up on traffic problems where my phone always did. Updates were spotty and always outdated, and it was at least $100 for each update to boot. With Apple Play Nav is redundant. Best of luck!

Yeah, my 2018 does the same thing. OEM system sucks. Definitely take advantage of the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Agreed on using apple car play + your app of choice.

ever since I went back to work early June Waze is always off on my destination time to/from DTLA sometimes it will say 1:15 drive then i got home in 45 min

I believe the lack of people on the road and reporting since covid has really thrown apps off that rely on thousands of people commuting.

I accept the data collection of waze in exchange for how many times it has absolutely saved my ass.

Not to make this a thread about waze, but it (any nav with an ETA would have done it) has helped me slow down. The eta has not changed, yes I'm behind but I will still get there at ______ time, don't drive like a dick.

Bonus: using Google maps will allow satellite imagery on your map/nav screen. That's so freakin cool to me, i used to be the road tripping kid in the passenger seat holding the map trying to make sense of it all!
