2020 not displaying music images

My 2020 is not displaying the images from blu tooth or the siriusXM radio. Even when plugged into USB on the dash. It displays a white little box. XM just displays the XM logo.

my 2017 would display the band pictures (example Nirvana, AC/DC, Neil Young) on the entune. I know it’s minor but still wtf.

Apple CarPlay will display the cover art. Anyone know what’s up?

as far as I can tell “display cover art” is on. Gracenote should be on the newest update.
Any help? I don’t wanna drive to a dealership and ask this lol.

 

The art doesn't display right away... or not displaying on any of the channels.

Some do display art and some don't.

I don't care about the art, all I do is read the name and song title.

 

Thought you'd know by now Help in the title is usually for emergencies

I know chili peppers had the photo of the 4 members in white in a square grid

 

It seems to display it sporadically .. I just ran my truck a few times. Off and on, seems to display 10% of the time. Also it freezes on blu tooth and will only display a single artist even when I switch the songs. Guess it’s TSB time oh well
