Looking to get amber film and a bit more light output. Looking all over for the correct info before I commit the ultimate sin of LED bulb in a halogen housing. All 2020 have LED housings now right? I feel like it's a stupid question sorry.

Well I walked my lazy azz out into the ice covered parking lot at work looks like I have the "reliable older version" as Toyota would call it haha.

In case anyone was wondering its almost impossible to find a 2020 with the LED package I even tried to order a truck with it and was told it might not happen.

If it’s LED it might be a sealed housing unit. I’m pretty sure the LED units can’t be tampered with but I may be wrong.

I think you are right, i ended up frying my brain with all the amazing sticky information. ended up doing H9 headlight upgrade with a harness for ease of use. and H11 nighthawk and amber film for my fogs. we will see how it goes.

i plan to do a small light bar and ditch lights one day. i live in the foothills way way out from the city so we have elk, deer and antelope that like to surprise me.

The LEDs are an option on sport and OR models, standard on the pro trim level. My OR has them and they are amazing. They are easy to be had in my area, are you in the US?

Yes I am, how much did you pay for it? My local dealerships said it might not be available in our region and wanted to charge me 4k for the lights and install

Yikes. You’re better off purchasing aftermarket lights that will blow the OEM ones out that water. Rigid just released a new 360 model that is SAE certified so you can use it on road. They’re about $500 I believe, top of the line.

Diode Dynamics has its SS3 series out now that are SAE compliant as well. I just installed the SS3 pros amber and am happy with them.

If you want something not road legal, I'd recommend Baja Squadrons. I had those on before and they're awesome for offroad use.

Sounds like they are trying to rip you off. Build one online and search inventories in your area. My local dealer has a ton on the lot with LEDs.

What state? I even spoke with Toyota directly and was told it might not be available in my area. I originally place a order with Toyota but I ended up getting in an accident that totaled my car and my secondary vehicle broke down the next week on my way to work. I had to scramble to find a manual off road in my price range in a decent color. Found one the next state over.

I haven't seen any LED 2020s in Utah so far honestly surprised. Thank you for the suggestions everyone, I want aftermarket lights but that will be my "phase 2"

Just looking at the lights you guys suggested, look great definitely some options to look forward to in the future. Do any of you have ditch lights? This is my first "off road" truck but I am curious for long stretches of road is it worth the investment?

I’m in TN. Every dealer in my area has 2020s with LEDs on the lot.

Just picked my 2020 OR up last Saturday. Has the LED's. Just about every OR the dealer had came with the LED's.

I not jealous at all... /cry.

I wonder why it's so different for my area. For those who have the new headlights do you like it? Crashnburn made a good point my GTI had xenon headlights and it was terrible in the snow.

The new LED headlights are amazing. They are light years better than the halogen equipment.

I have a light bar (hidden above the bumper), Baja Design Squadron fogs and Ditch lights. None of which are street legal but when you're out in the boonies it's enough to turn night into day...
