cool thanks. LED headlights are $485 standalone option while advanced tech is $1450 and gives you backup sonar, multi terrain cameras and color coded side mirrors. i believe advanced tech is now the 'tech' package, since blind spot and rear cross traffic alert are standard (please someone correct me if im wrong)

I have years of toyota dealer experience and despite any rumours out there, toyota will not release 2021 tacomas in 6 months. Tacomas only come out one time of year, end of september to october. I have talked with japanese engineers and north american engineers over the years, all of the rumours out there are 99% not valid.

Also to note, the specs i've listed above are from toyota canada. I believe trucks are sold differently in the us.

No more info other than remote services. I would assume it could be "SOS", wifi, siriusXM, etc...

Probably getting a 2020 6MT Offroad myself, i can't imagine it it'd go up more than 2000 dollars but it's Toyota. I'll probably have to order one because my dealer usually doesn't get manuals and hopefully i can talk the dealer into a good deal.

Well for my situation i am currently saving up a down payment and i figured sometime during next year i could afford one, in wanting a 6MT means i'd probably and would like to order one as my dealer doesn't usually get manuals and i'd just cut all the tech garbage out or else tell them i'm not paying for the tech if they really want a sale. I figured if i could somehow negotiate a 35-37k OTD i'd be pretty happy.

In the videos I've seen of the 2020s, you can clearly see the button for it in the overhead console. It is definitely coming, the question is whether it will be on all trims or just the upper level ones. And also whether that means we'll get the option of remote start and such as well, especially coupled with the new Entune 3.0 head unit.

It's fine if you don't want one and would rather stick with what you have, but why you in here just constantly crapping on anybody who might want a 2020 because they like the new features? Feels like you are trying to justify to yourself why yours is better or why you don't want a 2020. Fine, whatever. You've made your point (repeatedly), move on please and let others discuss the thread topic.

They just released pricing for the 2020 TRD Pro. Take away a few grand and it gives you an idea what to expect to pay for the OR and Sport.

"Expect the MSRP for the 6-speed 2020 TRD Pro at $43,960. With automatic transmission double cab, the 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro will be $46,665"

When I was at the dealer where I bought my Tacoma from they had the package pricing, my sales guy logged into their Toyota dealer site and he said that info wasn't there a couple days ago, cannot be that far off for the builder to go live. If the 19 4runner's would have had TSS-P I probably would have driven home with their showroom model as it as the Voodoo Blue TRD Pro and I know I could have gotten a great deal but I have used Subaru Eye Sight and I actually like some of the features like adaptive cruise control, lane assist I'm not really thrilled on though.

the Tacoma is one of the 3-4 vehicles I'm looking at for a 2020 purchase, I may still test drive a Colorado but I'm just not feeling them. I'm also looking at the 4Runner, Highlander and Ascent. I'm still leaning towards the Tacoma at the moment, depends on how I feel about not having 100% water proof storage in the bed with a shell on.

I'm looking at least on the Tacoma side to get a TRD OR DCLB Voodoo Blue with Adv Tech + Premium package. It is going to be my DD replacing my Outback as well as replacing my 2012 Tacoma, well whatever I decide on will be. I have not test driven anything and the dealer had a 19 DCLB OR on the lot but didn't have the title yet so I didn't get to test drive it, waiting on them to get the title so I can take it out and get a feel for the DCLB as I have the DCSB and I want that extra foot of space.

Don’t believe anything you read from torquenews. Wait for Toyota to make an official press release regarding 2020 pricing. I fully expect the Pro model to increase by at least $2500.

Bottom line is Toyota is trying to keep Tacoma sales humming along until the all new 2023 Tacoma arrives in Q3 of 2022.

If that’s true 2020 Pro buyers will be getting a lot of bang for the buck compared to 2019 models.

Have you priced other options? Feature-for-feature, the Tacoma prices are comparable. However my local dealer has lots of “ADM” on top of MSRP. I’m not paying that.
