Not looking for cheap, looking for comfort. I did look into aftermarket seats, they use different heaters and wiring harnesses, if they were plug and play to the factory ones I would have gone that route.

In all honesty, I installed these 1” seat spacers and all of my complaints about the seats went away. I literally never think about the seats anymore. They improve the sight-lines over the hood as well. Such a small change, but an unexpected and remarkable difference.

Saved me from the desire to sell the truck over seat comfort.

There is a fancy version as well:

Are they uncomfortable to you simply because of their positioning, or because the padding of them too?

Actually, I would like to raise the front of the seats. There is no support for back of my legs(hamstrings). I have lower back and SI joint pain, I get relief when my knees are higher than my hips.

Both, the position hurts my low back and the seat padding feels like I'm sitting on a marshmallow with no support at all.

I would not mind raising the front of the seat too as it's like a sliding board and I am constantly having to slide back into position.

I had the same range of issues, and these resolved them. Just raising the back side made a huge difference. I wouldn’t have thought so.

I find the cushion to be too soft, do you? I feel like I'm sitting on a mound, I prefer a flatter firmer seat bottom.

My main problem was sitting down in the hole. If found my lower back and knees complained. I didn’t have a problem with the seat softness. With the seat higher in the back, the problems with my back and knees are mitigated for me. The seat just feels normal to me. I also appreciate the better view out the window.

They are not uncomfortable, just could use more adjustability.

Looks like there is a slight difference on the new taillights for the Pro Tacoma. Dammit, now I may have to hold off on purchasing the new 2020's.

When is the new model year typically made available to the reviewing classes? I'm curious to see the "We finally got our hands on the 2020 Tacoma" test drive YouTube videos.

Supposedly around end of summer. They’ll probably have some press events in July or August would be my guess. Build some buzz for a September launch.
