Definitely, I would not want the JBL in my truck either.

It’s probably great but it’s not as great as my stick shifter

I test drove one equipped with it and it was not much different than my truck is with the Subaru Tweeters and Kicker Door Speakers.

Really don't care for the sunroof at all but can anyone comment if 3rd Gen sunroof pops and squeaks going over bumps? Camry does but it's a unibody, never had a sunroof truck.

Have they released all colors for these yet? I'm trying to find out if QS will still be around. I'm int he market. Part of me wants to wait for the power seat (for my short wife) and Apple integration, but I really want QS and it would be just my luck they'd discontinue it for 2020. Decent deals and financing on the 2019s right now too...

I think the only color changes were adding MGM and Green to the Pro.

Someone mind telling me whats so good about apple car play? Like for me, just bluetooth bro. Also the stock speakers are WAY better than any regular new car speakers. I drove plenty of rentals and friends’ cars. Sentras, civics, WRX’s, mustangs, STI’s, new camry, none have good speakers compared to the tacoma. Dont think JBL is necessary.

Kind of off topic but I am curious. I have a deposit on a 2020 PRO MT in white. All I see is MT in white for 2019 they have that snorkel thing on them. Does anyone have a 2019 MT white that came from the factory without it? I hope that isn't the only way they come which would be completely stupid.

Ive installed quite a few BEEFY stereo systems in my vehicles. Two subs, 900 - 1200 watt amp, extra battery setups the whole nine yards. I have the stock sound system on my tacoma and its fine for me.

Remember the build page on Toyota's website only shows you what trucks are currently available in (and I think maybe soon to be shipped to) your region; that's why they ask for your zip code. The MT should be available in any color that the Pro comes in, though it sounds like they limit the Pro's to only 3-4 colors? It is just a matter of allocations and whether your dealer can request specific ones or not.

As far as the snorkel is concerned, it depends what country you are in. It sounds like they will be standard on the Pros in Canada, but still optional on the Pros in the USA.

I’m coming from a 15 Silverado Duramax Ltz switch back to the Tacoma after 2nd gen wrecked by a drunk driver. Deleting the def system is a must in newer diesel trucks but $10,000 fine if caught. If you needed a truck for towing why would you buy a Tacoma in the first place?
