    I'd rather do the blacked out, but for $300 more a light, I feel like I could live with the chrome strip.

    they should be almost the same price. the $900 ones are the 17-19 pro headlights.

    Figure out which harness you want from daveeasa. If you want to just run headlights it's like $85. If you want grill lights or other extras they're a little more. I just got the regular harness. IMG_0721.jpg

    Yeah, I was just looking at that. I think the regular harness will work for my needs. Can't see me running grill lights. Wish you lived on the central coast of CA, I'd invite you over to help with the install and supply the beer and Mexican food... LOL Guys like you are what make this site so cool.

    Ordering now... what did you do for the VIN number when ordering? It's asking me to enter a VIN so they can make sure it fits my truck....

    I left it out. Otherwise pull a vin from a dealer's website or a trd pro tacoma off eBay motors or wherever. :rofl:

    I'm still deciding on what to do with that. I've still got chrome "tacoma" tailgate emblems, chrome rear bumper, and chrome door emblems. :anonymous:

    Definitely get the overlay blackout decals. I wasn't stoked on black-on-mgm but it's still better than the chrome.

    The bumper caps are a tricky one, I went dirt cheap ebay fake aftermarket and they are fine but my ceiling was $50 b/c after that I'd go steel bumper (which I might still do down the road). You might want MGM painted though and those are hard to find.

    Grille was easier back in the day but just make sure whatever you get has a front camera mount. I love nosing into a parking spot nice and towight.
