When i was looking at the part numbers on Saturday there only was 1 set of part numbers available at the time. I’ll check again. Showed none at the warehouses but about 5 sets in transit. I ordered a set to test out.

No worries. Us Tacoma owners throw money at our Tacoma’s all the time. Build the harness and we will come... :)

I’m going to be a wrecker chaser when 2020 Tacoma’s get totaled. So I can score the new head unit for my truck.

Drove along side a 2020 this morning with the lights on.
Amber LED outlines the side marker. Love that look.

I assume the part numbers are not for the Pro headlamps?

Olathe Toyota pricing is $660.72 per headlamp assembly, $1,321.44 for the pair. Shipping is $90.47 to my neck of the woods.

The puzzle is slowly coming together. Next puzzle piece? Are they plug and play or require an aftermarket harness.

Tempting. It’s the only new item that I really wanted on a 2020 Pro.

They won’t be plug-and-play for sure. I haven’t seen the part number on the pro version yet

Really curious to see the performance differences between 2019s and the new LEDs.

Great job ccarter05!!! The 2020 headlamp LED part numbers eliminated a lot of web searching by myself and fellow TW members.

An excellent aftermarket opportunity for someone. I predict this will be a very popular OEM modification for 16-19 Tacoma owners. Similar to non-Pro owners installing Pro grills on their trucks.

This is complete BS with the price of these headlights!!! The Tundra and the rav4 oem led headlights are no where near the cost of these

The extremely poor headlight performance of the new reflective LED units on the '19 Rav4 are what's pushing me to a Forrester instead for my gf. If these new Tacoma headlights are basically the same as the Rav4 units, then we're taking a big step backward. You'd have to see a direct comparison to the stock Koito unit with an upgraded Phillips or GE +100 or +130 bulb in it.

Around $1400 shipped is isn’t that bad for a high quality OEM LED headlight assembly compared to an aftermarket unit like the Morimoto XB’s.

If you think that’s pricey wait until the 2020 Pro headlight part number becomes available. My guess is $2,900 for a set and you will need to provide a TRD Pro serial number to order.

@TRDProOne your missing the point. Why the hell are they so expensive compared to the OEM Tundra and the RAV4 led headlight assembly. The Tacoma led headlights aren’t projector led they are reflective housing just like the Tundra and RAV4 did you see my post and how much you can buy them for at Toyota? I mean really you can get the RAV4 ones for $152..... lol that’s a little more the a nice set of PIAA H11 halogens off of eBay.

From a business perspective I can’t give you the exact reason why because I am not employed by Toyota USA.

My opinion? Tacoma owners love modifying their trucks and corporate knows this. Owners want to update their 16-19 old school halogen lamps to 100% LED’s. It’s the same reason why Toyota can charge nearly $400 for a Pro grill, probably the #1 modification for non-Pro owners.
