Man that sucks. I messed up one molex connector and I had to wait for a replacement to get my adapter finished, hope you get the adapters soon ;)

Why? if you repent from the snip you get a replacement harness, opposite of what everyone is "waiting" for.

Well the packaging on these leaves a lot to be desired, and the tabs seem a lot more fragile than they should be.

It seems that this will be an ongoing issue for anyone purchasing these. I was salivating after ordering the harnesses today. Not happy at all.

The packaging should be improved for shipping. The mounting tabs are very fragile and are prone to breaking off. I highly suggest that members open both boxes in front of the UPS/FedEx delivery driver before signing.

Also, be careful with the tabs during the installation procedure. You have to lift them up slightly to go over two white plastic grommets for the top fasteners. You can see them towards the top of the photo.

Will do. It seems like getting a hold of anyone at BAM won't be too easy. They don't pick up the phone, you can only leave a voice message or send them a message through the website. With the holiday weekend, I'm probably stuck until Tuesday.

I'm on my 3rd replacement shipment for one of mine. Broken tabs both of the first shipments. They did bubble wrap the light the 2nd time but left the ends fairly unprotected. As luck would have it the box took a direct impact on the end which you can see with the slit in the side where the tab poked through before snapping off. lol Toyota really need to start shipping these lights in form fitting foam beds instead of the way they are being shipped currently in loose cardboard boxes.

Wow, third time is a charm! Did you end up returning the broken headlights?

Yep. Thankfully the guys at Olathe have been great to deal with. Sent me pre-paid FedEx return labels right away for the broken lights.

Great to hear. Need to dig through their dumpster for the numerous boxes of broken headlights!

The problem is the packaging from Toyota, you can see these have moved around a lot. The inner tabs where the Grill sits are the ones taking the damage. You can see where it's puncturing the box. There is also a cardboard insert on top that is also all broken due to the top tabs moving around. Piss poor job safeguarding these for shipment.

You know, I thought about wiring my fogs to that so I would have anytime fogs. But for right now they are just shrink wrapped and tapped up in the front.

I wanted to say thanks for posting the pic you did as I used that as my diagram. Made it really easy to know where to wire stuff.
