    I did mine at 18' and 42'
I just followed the distance @crashnburn80 uses for his light testings.

An Amazon box on a wired fence, then my neighor's wall as the long distance guide.

The beam pattern is different from a lot of other headlights I have used. Seems like there is like 3 hot spots. And do not know if I have even out the cutoff of the driver's with the passenger's or put the driver's lower and the passenger's higher.

This may help. Or it may be overwhelming.

I have yet to do mine. Hard to find a really good spot. I have a few ideas though for when the time comes.

Easiest way to aim, assuming your originals were aimed correctly, is to do one light at a time. Install one new headlight and adjust the cut off to match the original OEM headlight. Then install the 2nd new headlight and adjust the cut off to match your already adjusted headlight. Takes a lot of the guess work out of it. But should that not be an option, the link @daveeasa posted above is the correct one to follow. Only challenge is finding a spot that is perfectly flat from a wall for 25ft + the length of the truck, which is part of the reason why the previous method mentioned is nicely simplistic.

I recently picked up a 20 TRD OR. I would like to upgrade my halogen w/ LED DRL to the new Full LED, either the TRD Pro or new Sport/ OR/ Limited LED Headlamps. Are these plug and play? Sorry if it been mentioned but 62 pages is a lot of reading. Also a part number would be extremely helpful.

    Thanks!

You have to get this harness.
    Made by @xrunnerdude67
There is no part number for an OEM wire harness, unless it is the whole engine bay harness (according to my parts dept.)
If you are good with DIY, then you can de-pin and pin into the new adapter plug 33472-0601/72177-04BK

To cover the side marker connector. One per side. Or to use it to add another light that you'd want (terminals added) that'll illuminate when Tails/Parking are selected.

After months of debating and waiting I finally pulled the trigger and went for it! I wouldn’t say that there’s a major light output difference when it comes to light intensity, but definitely a noticeable spread in coverage area. Loving the look! If you need a wire harness hit up Mike (xrunnerdude67), I was skeptical about sending a complete stranger money, but he is 100% legit.

I debated for about 6-7 months about it too. After I did it, I wondered why I waited so long. Def worth it.

    truck looks good!

Same. Love it. Easy swap. Pricey, but I rationalized it by calling it a safety upgrade.

Are you getting the Toyota LEDs? You have an SR5, correct? You need a harness, I need a guinea pig.... I can make you a harness that will have these work with an SR/SR5. The DRL and turn signal will act like a switchback (I can explain why and what I’m talking about if you’re not familiar). Totally plug and play. In exchange for this, I need someone who is putting the LED headlights on the truck and is willing to take pictures and a short video of the lights functioning (these pictures and video can be before the headlight is actually installed if you want to make sure it will work before tearing you bumper off). This set up will require a resistor be added as you will be eliminating the turn signal bulb so it will want to hyper flash. Interested? If not, this is an open invite to anyone brave enough to give it a shot (only making one pair though, they are pricey)

Did you order from oempartsource? I just placed an order with them hoping they were a reputable company and send the pro version.

I just ordered from them last week for some coolant and already got it. You might be good.

All lighting are led, wheels, tires, 5100 lift, pro grill, bed light, seat covers, door sill protectors.

Possibly you can throw pics of the beam pattern and cut off line on the wall?
