If people couldnt get enough of the 19 with sub standard headlights, no LED's, no power seat, then Toyota will be just fine asking a bit more with these new 'features'...which even I admit is laughable that they are being added in 2020.

Yeah. They're spendy AF for what they are. And you can get a very nicely equipped full size for the same price.

My crewmax Tundra's MSRP was right around 43k (in 2013), and I bought it for 36k out the door (14's were coming out and there was a ton of money on the hood when I bought). That's with OG Entune, nav, power seat, and some pretty decent features. I added heated leather seats.

I won't be able to get a Taco with the features I want anywhere close to a number starting with 30k LOL

Eh. Pay to play I guess.

Oh...And the headlights are pretty much the reason I'm leaning Tacoma instead of 4Runner when I buy soon.

100% correct, but the full size will be worth shit in 3,4, 5 years down the road vs the Tacoma which has among the best resale in the industry. So you either go with the value proposition up front (full size) or at the back end (Tacoma).

There is a whole in-depth feed on how to get more out of the halogen housings with higher output halogen bulbs. It might not have the cool look of the white LEDs, but the throws are way better.

Nah. Most full size trucks (especially the Tundra) are worth pretty good money. I looked my 2013 up on KBB and private party value is at 24-25k. That's absurdly high for 7 years and 115k miles of use.

I am excluding anything Toyota as they are in a class by themselves. Along with reliability, there are so many full size trucks out there the market is flooded.

When I was looking...Full sized trucks of all brands (except Dodge) were holding their value very well.

Side-note: It kills me a Sierra Denali is in the same price ballpark as a TRD Pro Tacoma LOL

Because no person in the right mind state would buy a shitty truck covered in chrome.

Lights. Seats. Head unit. Don't really give a shit about the first two.

360 camera. Whatever. That's probably part of an expensive add on package anyways.

    Really want the android auto.

That's the 2011 Trail Teams Special Edition. Basically the TRD Pro for the FJ. I drove one like that a long time. Thing was a beast.

Wish they would have kept it that way after the second refresh.
