Does anyone know if the blackout package is different on AC vs DC? For 2019 its just the emblems and doesn't include the exhaust tip. $199 in 2019 vs $415 I'm seeing on recent builds posted..

Also from the looks of my research, if you just buy the parts separately, (overlays / tailgate insert & black tip exhaust), it will roughly be half the cost to install them yourself!

So how did you get the charcoal interior? All the builds my dealer did were cement cloth

I didnt, it was a miss type on my part. Thanks for the heads up. I could've started a riot.

I was thinking that but didn't look into it yet. If the price went up $215 for just a black exhaust tip that's robbery!

To get the blackout pkg done here are the numbers I’ve found from Pinehurst Toyota. I’m sure with some more searching one could find a dealership giving free shipping too.

    $119.70 for the overlays
    (PT948-35180-02)

    $46.41 for the tailgate inserts
    (PT948-35181-02)

$59.50 for the black exhaust tip
    (PT932-35180-02)

Unless the 2020s are adding something else in, I don’t see why one would have these Port installed for nearly double the price.

So you have cement cloth right? Ok on a Voodoo, but maybe not great on a cement exterior. Maybe some graphite katzkins would help??

Yeah I dont blame you. Alot of cement, but it wouldnt stop me. For sure grab some covers and make it yours. When resale time comes the next buyer won't care as long as it's in good condition. Used car buyers arent a picky as new car buyers when it comes to interior colors.

My 2019 made in Mexico, prior 2018 made in San Antonio. I don't think there's any quality issues to be concerned with on the South of the Boarder plant. Still a Toyota factory with the same QC measures.

Since the 2020 has Entune 3 should we expect remote start through the Toyota app?

I had read an article that says no. With that said I also read an article saying blue pearl was coming out on the 2020. FALSE

The Tundra with premium sound *does* have Toyota Connected services with remote start. Are the head units the same?

Safety connect and wifi connect will be standard for 2020
the remote connect/destination assist/ service connect come with the premium packages. one of the reasons why these packages took a major price bump is all of the connected services.

Yeah a bit worried they haven't said anything about remote start etc, making me think they won't have it. I'd think they be playing it up if they did. Guessing even if they did, it wouldn't work on the MT anyway though.

Yeah, I would expect it to be AT only. Remote start on MT gets complicated and I’ve actually never seen it.

So i just got back from my dealer - the cement interior is actually very close to graphite. It was strange - the SR5 cement interior is closer to gray while the OR was definitely more graphite. My rep even confirmed the cement interior code FD-15 on the window sticker and its a shade of graphite.

N2 I think it is makes them for the MT. They have someone on the forums. Or if you meant OEM, that I'm not sure of.
