2020 Tacoma TRD Pro - Army Green

"As before, Toyota will build only a limited number of them—5000, to be exact." I think that's why I had an issue finding an MT Pro, at 5% production that means 250 are made. Divide that by colors previously of 3 that would mean 83 ish are certain color (63 ish with 4 colors).

Another AG reporting in! Picked it up last night and loving everything about it. Paid MSRP and not a cent less. Also not a cent more than MSRP but I'll take that as a win in the Norcal area. One dealership in San Diego wanted $10k above MSRP.

 

Congrats on the beautiful truck, if I made the jump from my Pro it would be that in manual. Are you in norcal or socal?

 

I actually like orange vehicles. As for the stripper eyelashes, I prefer those on my strippers...

I’d assume white on the Pro far outweighs any other color. Just me guessing from when I was shopping.

 

Thanks! I'm in Norcal, Sacramento area. I purchased this one from Toyota of Stockton as none of my local dealerships were willing to do a deposit and/or sell without a markup.

 

What throws off the numbers is that white and black have been mainstays every year of the Pro since 2017 so it looks like there are more of them because there are. I think a lot of is based on region too. If you try and look for a 2018 Calvary blue a lot of them are popping up in the northeast and southeast regions.

Side note: I know they are trying to crank out production numbers but they cold have at least done a specialty white and black for the Pros to differentiate it like matte or some other add mix. Lots of other manufacturers have multiple regular and premium white and black paint options

 

Yeah Piercy out here is at $6,995 for markup and Capitol, Stevens Creek and all others are way out there too. Only ones I've seen play ball a little bit is Freeman in Napa and Dolan in NV. Did you try Auburn Toyota? They are hit and miss over there too.

I'm jealous of everyone who has their Army Green Pros. I put a deposit down 5 weeks ago. Just left my dealer and they still don't have their allocation for Pros, so no word when I will get mine. I was able to drive a 2020 OR. Definitely like the new seat. In the end, its worth the wait. Unfortunately, the waiting has caused me to develop a TW addiction.

The black is what I wanted until I went and looked at one. I don’t like metallic paints, especially black ones. All the bass boat blue flake turned me away from buying a black Pro. Cement is by far my favorite color on the Pro, but of course none for 2019. Meh..... Happy with my white Storm Trooper truck.

 

Would that be a smile of guilt ? LOL

 

What part of TN are you in ?? North Nashville looked like they got a bunch of new trucks since last week when I drove past yesterday.
