Congratulations. I ordered my AG Pro back in September and just got a build date of 1/28.

 

Personally I would hold out for a 2021 (only 9 months away) or purchase a discounted 2020 Pro at the end of the year. Unlike most buyers I am a pretty patient so probably won’t apply to you.

 

I was ready to buy a new truck about a year ago, but when I saw the 2020 revealed last February, I decided to wait for it. My patience is running thin.

I actually prefer the manual seats. I'm 5 10 so im spot on for the sizing though. I only ever move the seats to clean them, and with power seats you sit there and hold the lever and wait.... And wait.... Minor annoyance but it's there.

I got the off road. Worth the wait and the power seats though. If I got a 19 id be getting a grille and new head unit probably within the first week. So any "savings" wasn't there and not messing with the head unit is my preferred choice if I don't have to. I like led lights but prefer hid in projector. And don't want a sunroof.

Loving the pro though. Glad I didn't get one, but they're a nice truck. Mines white too.

 

Congrats on the new ride. Funny how certain areas you have to wait for a pro. I have two or three on the lot now. They are making more than ever. Used to be one every 6months or so. Now easy to get and always atleast one on the lot. I would love to own one.

 

The rumor was that Toyota manufactured 5,000 Pro models per year, that’s slightly less 100 per week. That’s a drop in the bucket as Toyota sold 245,659 Tacoma’s in 2018.

 

That's quite the wait...

 

My guess is March 2020 to take delivery.

 

I stole one after a dude decided he wanted an automatic. Pfffft

I was lucky i ordered my AG in October and i got it 1 month later. Now it has been almost 4 weeks and so far so good. I do have some things i do not like. Will start some small mods in the new year.

 

Curious what your dislikes are.

 

I think I like the 19 pro wheels better. Love the headlights and Apple Carplay, but the power seats would mean nothing to me, I'm the only driver.

 

No time like the present. Start cutting!
