Hello everyone. Long time since Iv posted or even been on the site here. Just this week I got a 2020 trd sport premium with 94k km. Things in great shape. Time to sell the older taco!

Any known issues with this year that I should know about?

The guy that owned it before me put these envy rims on it that I can’t find any information on.

If anyone can help identify the rim model and specs that would be helpful as it needs new tires and I’d like to put the biggest size that it will fit. Going for tall skinny all terrains ideally.

It’s got 265/65/17 falken wildpeak a\t right now. They are warn down pretty bad the original owner used it as a commuter to work doing 160 km a day on the highway.

My 2012 is lifted 2 inches w 33s and damn… I feel like the 2020 needs that but I don’t want to lift it yet as I will be doing a lot of highway driving in the next year.

Could anyone offer some advise on the tallest 255 tire I could fit on this stock truck without rubbing?

I’d like some opinions on getting an extended warranty.. 2700 Canadian for 3 year, 60,000 km platinum. Worth it? Not worth it? My last Tacoma (2012) had minimal issues.. never know w this one.

thats 2000 us good for 37500 km.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
Skip the warranty yes you can do satellite view as described above..

What "older" taco are you selling? I'm looking for a project g1.

Different sinerio. But I added heavier springs to the back on a g1 I owned about 15 years ago... I was young and didn't think it all out. The heavy springs gave me 3" alone. But then it road like a Ford work truck. When I rolled over a speed bump it would littereally pop both back wheels off the ground. Then it sat super funny so I fixed the front suspension with some shitty shocks and garbage parts. I've never revised lifting. I can take ownership of basically ruining a g1 suspension.. so whatever you pick. Do your recon.

    Best of wishes

I have a bunch of 5w-30 I used in my 2012 Tacoma. After googling what my new one needs I see different results. Is 5w-30 okay in the 2020 trd sport premium?

I was on the fence between the sr5 -the sport and the sport premium. I’m SO happy I spent the extra for the premium. I love the leather seats and use the sunroof all the time. It’s been great. Love my truck
