What we did is kept track of the Pro's that were on dealer lots in our area. Found the exact truck and then waited till month end to visit. Got a deal that would not of been available on an order. They all come with the same factory options other than the tranny so makes it much easier when searching. Just find one that has the port installed accessories you want or none at all (what we did) and add what you want. If we ordered, it would of been sticker price.

There are currently several AG's in my area both manual and auto transmissions. Location Western PA.

 

5 or 6 sitting at the dealership here in Las Vegas at any given time,guess nobody wants to pay 50k for a truck.

 

hell, ford and chevy/gmc offering 6 grand up-to 12 grand off msrp..depending on model.. toyota offers almost nothing,,, on taco

Inventory is not accurate. The car/truck is usually sold or it was swapped with another deal.

 

Because they don't have to, They sell themselfs.

Well, that’s a problem with advertising inventory. Internet departments at these dealers kinda suck.

Online buying sites like cars.com are just a tool. But you can spot patterns with them. I find them useful.

Trying to buy a high demand vehicle like the TRD PRO is a different ballgame.

It’s comes down to if you’re willing to spend the money, the dealerships that have it most likely have a mark up on the truck.

The only people making them sound rare or hard to find are people that have them and want everybody else to think they’ve somehow accomplished something. It’s a Tacoma my man. Great truck but come on. You’re not buying a one off custom Ferrari. Just go to the dealerships, they’re readily available.

And yet, come on. You want one, you can find one, is it next door? Maybe not, but seems like I have found several,,, ‘can’t find’ cars for people, and most of them, the peeps, were all talk, didn’t actually buy the truck config, or any truck, they were looking for, even if within 50 miles from them. I’m done helping.
