    Mostly, you compare paint marking to other similar truck whit the same few year models.

    Red/Light Blue = Driver side
    Red/Green pass = Passenger

    My information was gather from the link below.
    See post #20 and #35. They contain the same colors your spring have.

    It may not be 100% correct. So take my information for what it is....
