I’m extremely excited with my new 2020 Tacoma Sport 4x4. It’s my daily driver and I prefer the ride to the off road and Pro. Like many here I fell in love with the Pro Grill.

Now here is where it gets interesting. I have no front camera and have the parking sonar and blind spot monitor with rear traffic alert. I searched my Grill and don’t see a camera. So can I proceed with the grill change as if my truck is a 2019?

I ultimately plan to do 3 things. Add a skid plate, Install the Classic Grill, Add steps. Overall I’m extremely excited to enjoy my truck. Thank you for responding kindly. I swear I looked for a solution before posting the question. This group is likely my only resource on a good response.

You can proceed. For my 2019 DCSB, the only thing in the grille was the TSS sensor. Just make sure you get the OEM TSS grille garnish or else your TSS will keep throwing faults.
