Im back with another question.
So about 3 weeks ago I had my windshield glass replaced, so imagine they had to remove to windshield wipers, fast forward to today I saw that the cap is missing on the arm. I found the part replacement on ebay is it true that 2005 thru 2020 use the same part ?

Yes, would have been removed for the glass replacement. Suspect the molded clip that retains the cap broke, allowing the cap to later depart
