2021 Black Tacoma SR5 Roof rust bubbles

Hey guys,
I’ve been reading various post here from the comunity and it seems like a good place to ask about my current rust issues on the roof of my Tacoma. I’ve already talked to the dealership and honestly seems like they just want you money but don’t care…my wife also has a Toyota and we want to upgrade her vehicle…but this is having me worried. Got the truck new in 2021 noticed many rust spots bubbling up on my roof. Some with perhaps small rock chips, but other spots I can’t find any chips causing this. They sold me the platinum warranty and the electric module but now I wonder if that’s even worth it. Having owned many vehicles from what I believed to be inferior brands before, I’m surprise by how hard it is to get some clear answer on this…
To be clear, there are other rock chips on the hood for example, but nothing bubbled up…
Is this expected from a Tacoma Truck? I had only 40k on it and less than 3 3 years old when I first noticed…I hate having to call and complain, but everyone seems to agree that this shouldn’t be happening.
On these pics, you’ll see the roof spots on the top 5 and the normal chips on the hood…
