This may be worth trying this year since it appears they now support AppleTV. Last year we used some subscription through Hulu and it worked pretty well but had some bugs.

Currently there is no AppleTV app. Support told me this season it will be available. Until then you can Airplay to your AppleTV

Shoot, looks like you're right and I just read the website too fast :(

"You can watch F1 TV using your mobile or tablet through major platforms such as Apple, Android, Roku and Amazon Fire App. You can also cast from a browser using Apple Airplay or Google Chromecast It’s also available to view on a PC through all major web browsers."

Are you using this via Airplay to the AppleTV? My experience has been that this feature works great for some applications and is garbage for others. I'd planned not to use F1TV till they got their act together and got an AppleTV app but if airplay works then maybe it's worth trying.

Have you really watched the pace car out there? I'd estimate that it is going seven tenths. The F1 cars are trundling around behind a car that is ripping through turns and slamming down straights. You'd have to put a hypercar out there to go much faster.

if you've ever been to a live F1 race or session , the Pace and Medical cars do a half dozen full speed laps to warm up prior to the F1 cars , and they are fucking flying . Just seems slow on tv

I know there's an absolute ton of history with the Schumacher name, but I couldn't be rooting for Haas any less this year.

Watching the practice now. The Merc is a great-looking car. So tired of all the flat finishes and that gloss black with the purple silver highlights is sweet.

Aston wins if it’s about looks alone and Ferrari is bringing up the rear with that ugly green shit in the middle and muddy rear end...

Aston looks gorgeous and the Alpine blue is not bad to look at either.

I was actually disappointed with the Aston in that dusty weather. Maybe a shade too dark. I am just watching Day 2 now and hoping it looks better in the sunlight or maybe under the lights.
