    Ah, gotcha.

    Yeah we can play it by ear too. If we call it off a small "faction" may still want to go if they're Mainers.

    There are very few camp sites in NMW that can support a large group like this though. And those ones are usually the first to get taken

    If this does happen, put me on the highly tentative list. It's looking better and better that I could make it. I'll have to see if I can pick up some 5.11 tactical pants + button up tactial shirt, floppy hat, drone, skottle, RTT, moderately disgruntled muskrat shovel, rotopax, smegma scarf, go-pro, and wifi hotspot with signal booster so I can keep all my Insta followers up to date on my Overlund adventures with walk arounds, reach arounds, gear reviews, and sick shots showing the hardcore wheeling that is logging roads before then obviously.

    Obviously i need to lock up a tire sponsor before. An Iridium tactical grade sat phone is a good call, forgot that one. I'll add that to the list too.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    That said if I'm allowed in, I'm down. Hopefully I don't have rock sliders on at that point so they don't get sandblasted from the roads. Would need some jerry cans but that's about it.

    That's pretty much my plan. I'll just be curled up in the back seat with a blanket and pillow.

    This is true. We'll be pushing pretty far north to deal with that.

    how many folks just in this group from out of state? And you all want to go on Memorial Day weekend, I guarantee there are many more. Now let’s add in all those Mainers who go there normally, then the group of folks that will go to just get away. Oh and then there are those like me, that may go just to get away from the influx of people in southern Maine. What’s great about NMWs is it’s a lot of space with limited places to legally camp. It’s hard to tell how busy it really is, until you go hunting for camp sites.

    For me, it’s easy enough to get back home, as much as I have been looking forward to this, I think it would be better to have very small groups as it will be more likely to find spots for a couple trucks at a time, versus the group. When have decided that when our family friends group go up for our annual Moosehead trip, we are sending a scout up a day early.

    If the 14 day Quarantine order for out of state visitors is extended....that will certainly complicate matters for this event if the current dates stand.

    I think we're supposed to hear today.
